Former Hitmen goaltender Cody Porter made a donation today of $8,373 to the families of the Humboldt Broncos through his Tribute Mask project. Many reports have said that he knew multiple players on the Humboldt Broncos team and was in Humboldt to attend the Vigil so obviously this whole thing has been difficult for him as well as every Canadian but hats off to him for such a kind thing to do. Truley a represention how a Calgary Hitmen Alumni and anyone for the matter that has the abilities to make a difference should act so good on him!

I am very proud to announce that on behalf of my Humboldt Broncos Tribute Mask Fundraiser I have made a donation of $8,373 to the families of the Humboldt Broncos. This money will help aid the families/ players of this terrible event. Thanks to everyone for your support! 💚💛
