Welcome to the board!

Glad you decided to join us. I believe you are in the beginning stages of beard development. Not much will happen to start with, but after time you will notice changes. I see a few terminals on your chin and a few in the jaw and sideburn area. The moustache and most of it is still transitional. Over time they will develop and turn terminal, and it's up to your genes and mostly how the hair interacts with testosterone. It happens whenever it happens.

There's two things I will suggest. You either let it grow out for longer and see how it develops over time, or shave and try again in a few months. You can keep us updated whenever you decide to grow, that way we can see your progress and how your beard develops over time. Stay patient, it might take some time, but you will see progress. It's a matter of time, I didn't have much until I was 20, so let it do its thing. It won't happen any quicker whatever you do, so no point wishing it otherwise, just enjoy the progress as it comes

All the best
Rumen

+1... excellent analysis and advice.

Just as Rumen could not grow much as a teen, the same was for me.  Give it time.

Hey! You have some nice transitional activity in your stache, and a mix of transitional and terminal activity in your sideburns and goatee. Seen as you've grown out for 2 months, I would advise shaving and trying again in a few months. I don't want what I just said to offend you, but I think you need to wait a bit before your facial hair looks more presentable. I hope this helps!

This cannot be predicted but I recommend growing for 1 month and take pictures... then in 6 months, grow again and take the same pictures... then repeat again in 6 months.  This is the best way to determine how your development is progressing.

Most of your facial hair is in the transitional phase, which means that in a few months or a year, It will become thicker to a certain degree. You have a few nice terminal hairs on your chin, along with a transitional mustache and sideburns. Don't expect much, especially if you have been growing for two months.

I don't think these will help your development and I don't think you should be looking at those kinds of alternatives. You need to give your beard a chance and this means patience.

jasjes is right, you could take anything you like, but it could be a wasted effort, and more than likely you will be able to grow everything naturally, i know its hard, but if you just leave it to time you will start to notice a difference, i suggest that maybe you set your self short term goals you know you can achieve, because 13 weeks as a whole is quite a lot time, especially if its your first time growing, maybe do a moth at a time or something then review and see how you feel, if you don't like it you can always shave it off and try again later, so there is no need to worry. whatever you decide though we will support you as much as we can.

Nice update, dude! Yes, your coverage is coming along nicely, but I think it's too early to be sporting everything, at the moment. If you can take a photo of your front, that would be great. Then, I'll be able to advise you on what to do next.

Hmm, I'd love to say you can keep growing, but I want to be honest... I think it's a little bit early, for you to grow out, in the kindest possible way. Hope this doesn't offend you, dude.
