Today is 9 weeks. Yesterday I decided to trim down to guard 3 on a beard trimmer from the sideburns throughout the jawline and goatee. I think I like the look better. Because my jawline was poofing out while my cheeks were still stuck to the skin. Which made the cheeks less noticeable. But now they seem about even and looks more like a full beard you can say. I did not trim the Stash at all because I want a huge one.

Good job on the trim... you evened things up very well.

As for the stache, am I seeing an expansion of younger hairs at the end points?  That is really becoming an impressive stache and I fully concur to let that puppy bulk out just as much as it wants to.

I agree with jasjes, you did a wonderful job on the trim and this one of the better teen short beards I have seen! I hope you continue to update us in future weeks, because it is looking great.

Thank you guys. I'm liking how it looks like this. And yes my mustache seems like it wants to connect with my beard lol. Your comments are appreciated .

Looking really good at the moment mate! Perfect course of action from week 8 to week 9. Trim looks really good and shows how solid your goatee is even at a shorter length. Do you have any long-term plans for your beard or are you taking it week by week to see how it comes through?

I am still not sure about how I want to grow it out. I'm thinking I'm gonna wanna have the beard short while having the mustache longer. I don't have the density to grow out longer. But Till the 13 week I won't touch anything and see how it is.

So last week I decided to trim down to guard 1 which is skin basically. Somehow it seems fuller. And one connector seems stronger. Buy I still lack density on the sides. It seems almost every teen whether they have more or less coverage have thicker hairs than me. The only part I am truly proud of the density is my goatee. I don't know what to do now with my beard.

Nice coverage for a possible solid young mans beard! Hope you decide to grow it out. Beard on!

First of all, you have really good coverage for your age and it is far better than most other teens your age... don't sell your beard short.

You see more density now that you trimmed because you have new terminals since last update. Trimming can help to show more even coverage and since you have better coverage now, trimming is a good option for you.  However, I think you should let some length show and for that go up a couple of guard lengths on your next trim. I really think a short full beard looks good on you.

Thank you jasjes. I think I'll keep my beard around the 3ed guard for a while. Then maybe when J think my density gets better I'll grow out longer

Your goatee, soul patch, and stache are looking solid. Your sides are a lot better than most guys your age. Right now, embrace whatever style you want, your beard and density will only get better from here on out.

Beard on.

This was the last photo of my beard which was 2 weeks ago. I looked and the shape looks similar to my grandfather's. Except he has connectors. He had a very clean cut beard and would trim the stache so it wouldn't be so burly. But hopefully I reach his density and connectors

You'll get there with the connectors. You're still out of thecrange when beards mature most from ages 21-35, so just sit back and relax and wear what you have now know its all up hill from here. Beard on!

So i have shaven since my last journey. Like always, a regret. But i have 22 days without shaving today. So about 3 weeks. Stache is a few days ahead. I dont know why everytime i grow out again my beard looks better. This time it looks darker and my connectors are getting more hairs.

The answer is simple, your beard is getting better and it is developing. What is your current goal now?

It's a simple matter of your maturing process... your beard is in full development and when you restart your journey, there are more hairs there now. One of these times you will decide the beard is looking pretty good and just let it grow.  If I have your beard when I was your age, you better believe I would let that beard continue to grow on my face.

Today is 37 days or 5 weeks. I have alot of transitional or vellus in my top mustache and would want them to go terminal so my stache could look better since it looks thin. Opinions are welcomed please

You have transitionals throughout your stache and that is going to show very solid and bulked up in no time.  Even the connectors are stating to get solid. You have a winning full beard and when the sides catch up to the front, it will be nearly solid throughout.

You do have transitional hair on the top of the mustache, yet with some added time, they would connect good to the terminal hair and would not be seenable.
Great beard!

Awesome look my man. Stache has both good range and density and the chin is great. On those pictures you can even see the sides coming in as well. Congrats!
