New Year's resolutions

Better late than never.

Match each of these old friends with the activity he or she is most likely to pursue during the coming year.

Wear a helmet.
Seek therapy to understand why I choose to stay with an evil dictator when I could have Kelly Robinson.
Have plastic surgery to cover appendectomy scar.
Seduce Japanese prison guard and steal keys for jailbreak.
Practice lurking.
Take singing lessons.
Switch to talking out of the other side of my mouth.
Buy a more comfortable bra holster.
Get roof reshingled.
Become Chinese.

Lesseee, I'll take a guess...

E will seek therapy to understand why she choose to stay with an evil dictator when she could have Kelly Robinson.

RE: New Year's resolutions and Off on Assignment ...

Well, looks like I HAVE to take C ) and I ) .

I) Tatia
Seduce Japanese prison guard and steal keys for jailbreak.

.... so now you know!

and

C) Catherine Faulkner
Still trying to become Chinese ...

After 16 Chinese watercolor classes, 12 Chinese Calligraphy classes, 14 Schezuan cooking classes,
8 Mandarin ones, and 6 Hunan palate pleasers, Catherine is signed up for a Cantonese cooking class this spring.
And her Fortune Cookie expertise has increased over the years. Now she bakes them with the fortune inside!!

And I am off again on another "assignment" ... err, "photo shoot" ...

I don't think I'll have great internet access this time around,
so please help Scotty and Kelly keep the home fires burning around here.

Oh, Kelly, you don't have to take off your shirt and throw it onto the fire to keep it going!!
Then again, please don't let me stop you!!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ All my best,

Re: New Year's resolutions

Wow, I never get to answer anything, because everyone else knows so much more than me!

Here are my attempts:

H--Helmet
D--switch to talking out other side of mouth
F--Lurking practice
J--Appendectomy scar
B--Roof reshingled

You have no idea how excited I am!

Well done!

A stellar showing from Lisa, Tatia, and Mona! Give those ladies gold stars for brilliance.

Which leaves only photos A and G. Gentlemen, can you contribute? Or are New Year's resolutions strictly a female affair?

Re: Well done!

Indeed -- Aunt Helen needs a more comfortable bra holster, and also one that's easier to, er, access.

Oddly, I never found the Sister's singing in "Child Out of Time" that awful ... even before I knew she was Hoby's sister in disguise!!

Re: Well done!

Herbie's got it. Have you chosen a helmet style yet--combat, motorcycle, football, Roman gladiator? I'm too delicate to ask Aunt Helen what her new foundation garment looks like.

Helmet

I think along the lines of Jack Nicholson in Easy Rider. "Helmet,
oh, boy, have I got a helmet."
