Great pictures as always Fred. regarding the picture of MD51 in Derry with Galway on the destination scroll, where was that bus based? Was it Galway or Stranorlar? Or maybe even Sligo?

Nice pictures Fred, some old favourites there.  The Drogheda/ Dundalk Ms were usually well looked after, with the fitting of curtains, radio etc. adding to them.  Big disappointment when a KR was used on the Drogheda to Dublin run.  I have to say that I did find them somewhat cramped and the TEs were a much more comfortable bus and a bit faster. The VCs were a quantum leap though from the Ms.  The Ms though must have raked up an impressive amount of mileage and the likes of M102 on the Drogheda run was certainly well depreciated when withdrawn.
