I was at a model bus show a few days ago and seen some models of KD100 on route 77 and KD221 on route 22A. I didn't think there was a model of these buses. The price was €150 for it which I thought was very expensive but considering it's uniqueness I eventually gave in and decided to purchase it. KD100 on the 77 did not have any adverts applied to it, however KD221 did. I bought KD221 and am quite happy that I did. I will try upload a photo of it.
Not sure if this link works but if not, check out Facebook, type in a site on Facebook called "Irish Model Bus Collectors & Modellers" and scroll down until you find these images.

The link doesn't work, unfortunately.
For those unfamiliar with the models, these had been in preparation since last year, and pre-orders were taken at the model railway exhibition in Blackrock over the October bank holiday weekend of 2015. Only 150 of each were produced, and the models sold out quite fast, with just a handful of the KD100 (CIE) example still available (I think). But, I suspect these will be snapped up quickly, if there are still some. I received my models (KD100 and KD221) a couple of months ago, and the detail and quality is second to none. For a 1:76 scale model, the level of detail is up there with the detail seen on 1:24 scale bus models. Everything typical of the real KDs has been captured with the models. So, the level of detail, the fact that the models are resin made, and because of their exclusivity (150 of each produced), meant that they came in at €150.00 a piece. But, they have been well worth the money to all those that got them. Just to add finally, these will NOT be on general release, and will not be produced again.
