Thanks Gents, but I seem to have made a mess of that. Obviously touched it when setting aside to dry. Will need to sand off, reprint and I'm sure I have spare UN decals somewhere

Found my spare UN decals and they didn't match the kit ones so I had to clean off the good decal on the other side and repaint that side also. Finally have the decals done

Now for a quick sorry of Satin clear and then I can start weathering

I wonder if you left the mismatched decals how long it would take anyone to notice :D

Good job on the decals. Where and when did they serve with the UN?

That's a great picture Glen....lots of chipping!

Interesting little fact courtesy of Wikipedia:
The army is also engaged in Missions abroad under the aegis of the UN, the NATO, and of Multinational forces, such as Beirut in Lebanon (1982), Namibia (1989), Albania (1991), Kurdistan (1991), Somalia (1992), Mozambique (1993), Bosnia (1995), East Timor and Kosovo (both in 1999), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2001), Darfur (2003), Afghanistan (2002), Iraq (2003) and Lebanon again (2006) (in fact during the period between 1980 and 2009, Italy was the third major world contributor, after USA and UK, in peacekeeping missions).

As the Puma was introduced from 2003 I presume it's also served in Iraq & Afganistan
