1. Yes the WORD of God is the BIble..

But ONLY in the GREEK and HEBREW in which it was written.

2. ALL know that LAMSA was a TRANSLATION of the PESHITTA REWRITE of the Bible

Thus LAMSA is NOT a TRANSLATIOn of the BIBlE.. its a VERSION!!! or PARAPHRASE!!

George lamsa translated into ENGLISH what the wrters of the PESHITTA wrote in Aramaic

INC leads one astray, like Jose Ventalacion does in his debates when he declares:

``LAmsa is the Bible in the language of JESUS day.. ARAMAIC``

HOWEVER Acts 20:28 was not WRITTEN in the ORIGINAL in ARAMAIC

There in the original it says ``CHURCH of GOD``

3. Iglesia Ni Cristo displays right from the get-go that its a FALSE church, by NOT TEACHING the WORD of GOD that was DIVINELY inspired BY GOD to the AUTHORS!

The writers of the PESHITTA were not INSPIRED and were NOT the ORIGINAL authors..

All George Lamsa did was perpetuate a LIE!!

2. Convince him that only the Bible should be used as
basis in serving God and to make him renounce the teachings
invented by men
Summary
The Church of Christ adheres to the belief that the words
of God are written only in the Bible. The Bible should be the
only basis of service to God;"

And according to the INC handbook, "About the Bible. The Church of Christ
believes that the words of God are written
only in the Bible. Thus, the Bible should be
the sole basis of service to God; it comprises
the truth and it teaches man how to be saved
from punishment on the Day of Judgment.

Therefore, renounce all belief in cathecism
books, the Book of Mormon, and books by
other religions, because God prohibits it (1
Cor.4:6; Rev.22:18-19)."

Hmmmm...The book Faith of our Fathers, often used in INC services, was first published in 1876, written by James Cardinal Gibbons, the Archbishop(CATHOLIC!) of Baltimore. It is a Catholic book, written to PROMOTE the Church of Rome to the laity. Clearly this book, which is used by the INC to promote their interests(the term Church of Christ is used within but only in reference to the CATHOLIC CHURCH,DUH!), is in violation to the RULES distributed to INC lay members. And yet the INC will use ANY source, no matter how desperate or false, to fool it's believers into obedience. And they(lay members) just let it continue because they don't really care.
