A few ideas that have been thrown around by the regulars:
Peak 10980 in the Boulders
Saddle Mountain in the Lemhis
North King Peak (or the true King Peak) in the Lost Rivers

Other peak ideas?

As far as the date I was thinking late April or early May. Thoughts on that?

Good choices! Of the three you mentioned I think my favorite was Saddle but I'd enjoy any of them. My vote for the time would be late April instead of May. You should make one of those polls again where people can vote.

I'd recommend considering Scorpion or Antares Peak. Copper Creek Campground is nearby. Centrally located. (Probably) good access. Several aspects to choose from so you might have a selection of dry ridge, snow couloir, or even late-spring skiing.....

I was just going to suggest those peaks today but you beat me to them! I'd love to do something in that part of the Pioneers.

Clark W. "Griswold Peak" looks fun and not too difficult for a big group.

Sounds like some good choices. Saddle mountain would be my favorite of the suggestions. I made it a ways up East Canyon last June on a really soggy, foggy day. I think this would be neat route up Saddle; there was even a good path as far as I went. For the best central location/camping, the Antares area is also a good bet.

I'm not opposed to any of the ideas, but my vote would be Pios this year, and Saddle next year.
