It did cross my mind. But I don't think Ian would play second fiddle to Liam and nor should he. It would make sense to keep it quiet just now if it's though.. until he releases his new stuff.

Firstly, 'Ian can't hold a tune these day's is as stupid as 'Reni can't drum' - if nothing else, the last five years on tour has drawn a line under all that nonsense.

As for IB supporting LG, I really hope not but it'd make sense, he did allow NG on a record and he did support an entire MSP tour.

LG is fkin wank obviously, imagine being his age and still copying IB. For all his shortcomings I'm dead pleased Tim Burgess broke away from the same thing and he seems a better bloke for it.

If you read the article, and Liam’s tweets, Ashcroft has only been confirmed for Dublin and Belfast.. the biblical brother comment was about the Great British gigs, and it is Ian Brown.
