I'm planning on doing marking option 2(JG54 summer '42) which has different wing tips from the other options but there doesn't seem to be any clear parts to fill the wing tip lights. Is this correct or did they forget them?

Early style wingtip lights:

Also Trautloft's F-2 had yellow leading edges of the wings and the gun cameras in the wings:

Hi Mike,

The kit is right. I like the kit alot. But have yet to finish mine. Seems to fit nice, just more parts to deal with than I like. Just a little light sanding and the wing tips will look great. HTH......Bill Howell IPMS 12406

A bullet hole patch? Seems an odd place for a victory marking.

Thanks for the info, one more question though, how far does the yellow leading edge extend to?

I'm finding it's one of those kits you need to buy two of, one to find out all the quirks of the kit and the second to build a better one. Fit it good but it's quite complicated and the instructions are somewhat vague.
