After looking at it more, I have found in regard to Curtiss prop colors, there are definitely no absolutes.  From Tiger #40 having an  NMF prop, brand new B/C's having black props with no yellow tips, to finally E's having black props with no yellow tips while the last E on Bataan having the yellow-tipped black prop, all I can say is that one has to look at the photo evidence of the subject one is building.

According to "Camouflage and Markings Mohawk, Tomahawk and Airacobra " the colors are RAF Dark Green, Dark Earth and Sky undersides, with Sky spinner and tail band. Codes are in Medium Sea Grey. KH*R retains a black undersides to the port wing. Also KH* appears to have a camera installed in the radio hatch. Hope this helps!

Here are the relevant pages from that publication (part 1 0f 2). For some reason, Tapatalk insists on placing them in reverse order

Michael, thanks so much for the scans of those pages. Funny, I bought the Airfix Tomahawk II kit for the parts to build KH-R but the Airfix kit comes with decals for RM-D also shown in your scans, looks like I may be building two now. :)

Thanks again and thanks to EVERYONE.

You're most welcome. By the way, all of the Camouflage & Markings publications are available for download from the Box Art Den:

There's lots of other good stuff there, too; check it out!
