I told ya I'm stupid. I was able to view them through Bit Zipper.

Tank: So what do you need? Besides a miracle.
Neo: Guns. Lots of guns.

Just select the fonts and copy them into C:\Windows\Fonts

Any graphics program you have you then have them installed to use. I've got 'em in my photoshop now- thanks for the heads-up!

...we have a folder called "Font Book" in the Applications folder. I just downloaded the file from the link posted, opened the "Fonts" folder within and dragged the font files into the "Font Book" folder and boom! Perfect!

I collect fonts. Thanks for the link!!!!!!

If you're into computer gaming, it's a pretty good flight sim, even if it's from 1998.

At least on my computer (Mac), the font labeled USAFtype.TTF is nothing more than AmarilloUSAF, which is not a free font elsewhere and is therefore probably pirated; the font labeled USAF_buzz.ttf looks just like LongBeachUSN (60 degree letterforms for US Navy) and if so is also pirated; and the raf and rcaf font files appear to have no data in them at all. PC folks see the same? I should think it'd be the same cross platform.
