.... no longer good. I ordered a 1/32 scale Spitfire Mk 22/24 detaile set in early February.......... I did reach out to Jay through Facebook, just now.
Says he has server issues, so website and email address is down. Went on to say his caster has been ill, but will be shipping parts in a few weeks. He did offer a refund.

He always has an issue with his caster

Every excuse he offered me was caster related. The only one that was different was, his wife says she sent the parts so I should have them. 7 months later I finally got my order, but this is no way to run a business. they have lots of interesting things in their catalog, but I won't ever order again until somebody else is running the show or there's an ownership change.

Dealt with Jay in early March without a hitch. Responded and received item in record time. He is still on ebay.

Just for your information, he currently has 65 items for sale on eBay.co.uk under the seller I.D. of "mastercasters_1"!

No TSR.2 intakes though...
...and pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in Space cos there's bugger all, down here on Earth!
