Marcus' editorial in Tamiya Magazine alludes to new kits in the works from Tamiya. Will someone in the UK grab Marcus, lock him in a room and force him to build only Starfix kits until he spills the beans?! (Of course with Marcus' skills, he could probably make a Starfix kit look pretty good!) Or maybe just keep playing Disco music until he breaks. . .

As for my speculation (wishes):

1/32 F4U-1D

1/48 P-40B/C
1/48 M1A1 Abrahms

1/72 P-51B/C
1/72 FW 190A-8/F-8

I'm not sure we'll get a new 1/32 Tamiya so soon after the P-51D.
I sure hope for a 1/32 P-51B from them and a few more boxings of the P-51D before we get to the F4U.

before we get the next 32nd new subject.

Shrinking the very successful 32nd Spitfire series to 48th AND 72nd would be a very good financial decision.

If I could get my hands on a Tamiya 1/72 P-51B/C by June of this year, I'd be VERY happy. I could even live with early July....

...the "Silver Plated" P-51D for additional $70-80 over regular price.  Sure it'll be a top-seller...  Does have one new decal scheme - "Hurry Home Honey".

....it's been a while since the F-16s were released. I think they are going to really surprise us (me) with a new 1/32 F-22 or F-35.....

...was previously released as a "semi-finished" kit about 8 years ago (for pretty much the same as what it costs now, totally unfinished!)

Can't remember if it was a die-cast metal body or all-plastic, though.
