G'Day All,

yes, i'm slow - just getting around to personalising my user profile.

I see where I can add a signature in the UCP, however it is limited to 255 characters (wow not much space)

so, what does everyone suggest for having the good old complex signatures some of us use to have ? - gif's, links, color etc

Also, the signature counts HTML code as well, so having links to previous postings is no longer an option ...

Thanks

cheers

How about dispensing with it altogether? IMHO they simply take up space. I think a nice avatar is a better choice and identifies you visually as well as a signature. Just my opinion FWIW.

Cheers, Pip

p.s. your avatar is quite eye-catching.

I've used the new options of this marvelous format to block signatures and don't miss them one whit.

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have quoted the OP since I was the first reply. Sorry about that. I generally try to be more careful (I think?).

Whilst some prefer to hide or not use the signature option, others do and for those posters, is it possible to use a different font colour, increase the size of the text, use underline, italic or bold options?
