Rareplanes Curtiss-Wright CW-21 Demon. “What-if?”. U.S. Navy.

Used by the Dutch and Chinese. I’ve already built one of each. I like Navy planes in early-war camouflage & markings.

The Navy operated obsolete and second-line aircraft as advanced trainers(eg. Buffalos and Buccaneers). In Whiffworld, an order from China was cancelled, so the Navy appropriated them for use.

Vacuform kit with scrapbox motor, propeller, spinner, landing gear, and decals. Brushpainted with White Ensign Colorcoats enamels. Rudder stripes are painted on.

I like it.

I think you will find that the aircraft modeled is a Curtiss-Wright CW-21.
The CW-22 was a 2 seater sold to the Netherlands East Indies mainly as a reconnaissance aircraft.

Hi, Bill. Noted and corrected. I’m an old dude who messes up on occasion. I do know the difference as I did a Kora CW.22 Falcon not too long ago.
