What's the difference between the "Forums" view and the "Discussions" view?

The Forums view shows you the individual (sub) forums that make up Hyperscale, indicating which ones have new posts by displaying a vertical blue bar at the left-hand side, and showing which thread has the latest post over at the right-hand side.

The Discussions view shows you a list of posts ("Discussions") in descending order starting with the latest.  Each row shows the title of the post, the original poster's name, the (sub) forum the post is in, and the name of the latest contributor, over at the right-hand side.

Hope that helps!

I haven't gone through all the old posts, but.........for some reason I get three (3) Hyperscale Updates via e-mail when they are sent. Not a huge problem, of course, but can you explain how I can limit it to one (1)?  Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

You probably have three user names - seems pretty common that members have picked up more than one over the years.

Drop me a note and we can delete the ones you don't use.

Bye for now,

Brett

Ive been trying to post photos from Imgur and everytime I go to preview them everything resets itself and I have to go through a security screen even though Im signed in and all these capchas come up and then I start all over again. Whats going on?

Have you tried simply uploading photos directly from your own computer (assuming they're still there)? The new tapatalk software allows this, unlike most other forum sites, and it's really easy. Dunno if you'd run into the same security screen issue, but it might be worth a try to see what happens.

It's still difficult to do messages. You have to hit enter after every letter or else nothing happens. This is a right pain in the bahookie if you are typing anything of length.

I just tried creating a new message, and I didn't see that behavior.  I'm using Firefox 61.0.1 on Windows 10.  What browser/device are you using to access the forum?  The issue you're seeing might be related to that.

Best regards,
Brad

GOOGLE on Windows 10.

But why would it do this on messages but not on the forum?
