I found this photo on MH-53PaveLow.com. As I am trying to decide what paint scheme to make my 1/48 MH-53 Pave Low, this one caught my eye. All of the photos of MH-53s in deseert scheme have had a brown bottom on them. This one appears to have a white or light gray bottom. Does anyone know the tail number on the bird? Has anyone ever seen any more photos that can confirm the paint scheme that it appears to have? Help please. Thanks.

Italeri's 1/72 MH-53J kit (also issued by RoG) has decals and instructions for this scheme. Strangely, no tail # is included... Colors are FS33531 Sand, FS37875 Flat White, and FS30117 Military Brown.

That the USAF (for security purposes) either left off the number on purpose, or it was just overpainted during re-spray...
