Not Classic Airframes. sorry for the mistake in the title. I am needing just one of the resin engines from a 1/48 Grumman Goose.I am paying $5.00 plus slow boat to China shipping prices.

As far as I know, Classic Airframes did not do a Grumman Goose, they did a Grumman Gosling - a totally different aircraft.

Lindberg, Czech Models, and Signifer all had 1/48 Goose's.  (Geese ?)

Also Squadron Encore did a re-release of the Czech kit.

You're absolutely right. I got it mixed up with the Widgeon.. I'll correct the title. Thanks for the catch.

Do you specifically need a kit engine? You may be able to find an aftermarket R-985 (or a pair of them if you want the engines to match).

Metallic Details makes a resin R-985 that looks similar to the CA original and is a little less pricey than Vector's little gems.
