Does anyone know if this product actually works??
Some suggestions would be appreciated.

I have about 8 or 9 of their German/Soviet tools and I like them for link to length and link to link type tracks. They work very well.As for Rubber band tracks they are the best for Dragon Styrene,Tamiya tracks shrink too much for my liking when they are molded on the tool. Rubber band tracks and put on the tool and dipped in boiling/hot water and then you actually use your hand to press fit the track to get the proper sag.there is usually 3 screws that hold the tool together and the longest is used in the center holes.this longer screw threads will thread into a x-acto knife head to make dipping in the hot water easier.I have dipped about 5 sets of tracks so far and haven't burnt myself yet. A quick dipping motion to soften the plastic and the water on them obtains room temp rather quick. As for Academy and Italeri tracks I havent used them. Tim
