Hi

Look just a quick heads up on anyone using decals frpm the Aeromaster decal set (72-187) for the Firefly GB.

I used some on the weekend from that set and found them to be brittle and shattered. So please if you don't already do it apply a fixative to them before using them, better safe than sorry.

Seems my FR5 has now become an AS6!

All the best

Fred

To convert a FR5 to an AS6 will require major equipment changes and
the installation of new wiring and the modification of existing wiring.
The guns and associated equipment will need to be removed and a 100A ac
inverter be fitted into the port wing gun bay.
This is beyond depot level maintenance, the aircraft will need to be ferried
to an overhaul facility.

Why's every one lookin at me weird?

Fortunately I am not building an AS6 - I can't find the right size of valves to fit in the wing gun bay so will have to stick to my Mk4 and U8 - sorry Dannielle. . tee hee!

I have been a Champion Fudger all of my life. Adios, Larry.
