I was looking to see if anyone knows if JMGT is still in production, and if you can still order from them or get their kits besides ebay.

I think they quit the market...
I know that the guy in charge retired a couple of years ago..
Their last kits I think was the Potez 63-11 and 631!
If you are looking for some JMGT kits..let me know
Maybe I can help.

I assume we are not speaking of Joint Modular Ground Targets. They look like the real thing from a distance - what the flying-model community referrs to as 'stand-off scale'. But they look loose enough to reality for aircrew training

Link above has a picture of an SA-6 JMGT at Airburst Range in Colorado. There are also a variety of wheeled and tracked vehicle JMTGs as well.

maybe 20 years ago? They made some nice kits but out of some weird material . I think it was bondo. Jules was involved with them I think, or at least he imported their kits.

I'm sittin' here lookin' at my 1/48 JGMT Trident II jet/rocket inteceptor kit that I bought about ten years ago or so. The overall molding quality is very smooth, not unlike the releases of Planet. Their (JGMT) address is/was:

71 Grande rue
95760 Valmondois
France

...and got my second one months ago. Have to add detail of course, but they are a good platform to assemble a good-looking Ouragan.
