There should be two boxes. One pink for the Kindle link and the other for paperback. Click Kindle.

I don't understand how the availability of a cheaper digital version raised the price of the paper version from ridiculous to astronomically ridiculous.

Been explained dozens of timers.  Some sellers agree to use an Amazon selling algorythm which in some circumstances automatically increases the price the more interest is shown in an item.  I guess hopping to snag a sucker who thinks it will go higher, which it will.

Then again, there are actually items which may be worth a lot in physical, rather than digital form.

Its a computer program, in simplest terms-which is the only way I understand it.  The more an item is looked at, the more its popularity is perceived to be and the higher the price gets adjusted. Its not looking at the version, its looking at the publication.

What about those of us who still use a PC and don't have any Kindle? I guess we're just S.O.L.

There are browser add-ons that allow you to read Kindle books, IIRC. I don't know if there's a stand-alone program for PC, though.

The Kindle app can be downloaded onto any PC, laptop, tablet, etc. Kindle-format items also cannot be copied, which is why MMP and I chose the Kindle platform for the digital version. You shouldn't have any problem finding and downloading the Kindle program onto your chose device and then purchasing "Mess" and downloading that onto your device as well.

Respectfully submitted,

Still not available, but the paperback is. Now only $6,159.84.  A $4000 price raise in a couple of hours.

In paper it will not be available in the future.  Only Kindle version from now on.  As for the price, the more looks, the higher it goes.

Still no go. All I get on my PC is as per the screenshot I showed. No Kindle link. Maybe it's a regional 'lock' which won't allow me here in New Zealand to download it?
I have no trouble with downloading any from the Amazon Kindle book links, but the 'mess' doesn't show in the listings there!

Weird,
