A friend gave me a few magazines he found whilst cleaning out his mother's attic, this one being the prize! The advertisements from this era are wonderful to see but the real gems are the color photos. These are just a few. I also got a kick out of the subscription card still being attached. By the way, there are 328 pages..for $0.50! My, how times have changed.

business on the airfield, usually involved in selling fuel, aircraft maintenance, hangaring, flight training, pilot supplies, airplane parts, etc...

Different from the airport management/administration, which is normally a local, city or county government entity.
