I want to thank who ever it was on here that steered me to the Denver Clock Company a few days back. I had been moaning about these Chinese alarm clocks that wouldn't make enough noise to wake me up and he pointed me to a source for an old fashioned wind up Big Ben.
I'm convinced those Chinese alarm clocks with their low decible "peep-peep-peep" are a Chinese plot to make American workers late for work.

I have my clock set first for talk radio to gently warn me of the pending alarm. No radio the past few days...Then I found out that the cats like to sit on the nitestand and I guess they move the dial to silent so my day starts with a jolting alarm.

Cats......what to do....
