Additional information regarding the Helix Inspection Bureau does not exist in the public domain and information regarding the Helix Inspection Bureau is heavily regulated by the World Health Organisation and United Nations.

In reality, while it may appear to the public that the paragraph is an accurate description of the Helix Inspection Bureau, it is nothing more than a front to cover up their true purpose. The Helix Inspection Bureau's real purpose is to research the supernatural and respond to threats of a supernatural origin.

The World Health Organisation, commonly known as the WHO, is a specialised agency of the United Nations. The World Health Organisation is an international organisation responsible for public health. While the World Health Organisation is more well known for the management of diseases, the World Health Organisation also issue several health guidelines and commission a large number of studies and surveys into public health as well as having a wide range of various other responsible.

The World Health Organisation is also the agency that the Helix Inspection Bureau belong to. All research and data gathered by the Helix Inspection Bureau are sent to the World Health Organisation and the World Health Organisation take full responsibility for the conduct of the Helix Inspection Bureau.
Health Agents

Health Agent is the collective term for members of the Helix Inspection Bureau. Publicly, it is the job of Health Agents to maintain public order and assist in relief efforts in conflict zones and times of emergency. However, the real task of a Health Agent is to investigate crimes through to be supernatural. It is for this reason that Health Agents receive intensive training so that they are able to survive in conflict zones and defend themselves as properly respond to emergencies.

The Helix Inspection Bureau is broken into several ranks and the freedom a Health Agent has to conduct their operations depend on their seniority within the Helix Inspection Bureau.
  • Chief Inspector General - The leader of the Helix Inspection Bureau. The Chief Inspector General is the highest ranking Health Agent within the Helix Inspection Bureau have full authority over the Helix Inspection Bureau but must answer to the World Health Organisation. The Chief Inspector General plays an entirely administrative role and does not take part in investigations.
  • Senior Inspector Generals - Senior Inspector Generals are senior members of the Helix Inspection Bureau and essentially form the leadership of the Helix Inspection Bureau. All important decisions made by the Helix Inspection Bureau are generally discussed amongst the Senior Inspector Generals before being made. Senior Inspector Generals have a large amount of freedom in their work and may conduct investigations as they please but must answer to the Chief Inspector General. Senior Inspector Generals tend to work alone.
  • Inspector Generals - Inspector Generals, unlike Senior Inspector Generals, are ordered by the Helix Inspection Bureau, Senior Inspector Generals or by the Chief Inspector General to conduct investigations. Inspector Generals tend to lead a team of around five Inspectors.
  • Inspectors - Inspectors are the lowest ranking Health Agents. They follow the direct orders of an Inspector General.
