• To Activate:Motto’s En must fully encompass the body attached to the aura. This happens rather quickly.
• Duration: Once Motto makes physical contact with his target, it takes 1 post for Motto to use his hatsu. However, it’s effect depends on how long his opponent’s cooldown is.
• Motto’s overall aura is reduced by half for varying lengths of time when he uses Cool Off
• He loses half his overall aura for 1 post when triggering opponents with 50% or less than his aura
• 3 posts for opponents with aura equal to Motto’s (within five points weaker or stronger)
• 5 posts for opponents with aura greater than Motto's. (6 points and up)

Range: Within Motto’s reach
Effect: By touching his target, Motto’s aura envelopes and enhances his opponent’s hatsu; specifically triggering their cooldown state. This costs Motto half of his own overall aura temporarily depending on how powerful his opponent is. It is a primarily defensive technique he uses to limit someone’s attacks.
