Personality: Azali is a driven girl. Although she knows she isn't the best judge of what right and wrong is, she'll do what she deems is right. Azali rushes full steam ahead into any situation, and asks questions later. She's the type to follow orders to a T.
Origin: Having grown up in Meteor City, she witnessed plenty of atrocities in her day to day life. To counter act these daily horrors, she gathered like minded people who wanted to maintain the status quo and help people less fortunate than herself. She had established a working operation in Meteor City, and thus had enough belongings to be considered a target. A robber broke into her home while he thought she was out and a confrontation broke out between the two of them. Armed with only a kitchen knife, Azali stabbed the man in the throat. He bleed out on top of her, and she was too exhausted to move the body. She lay there in a pool of this man's blood. He was a stranger, and she killed him. Azali tried to dedicate her life to good, and murder was wrong. The reason she did it wasn't wrong, but she felt she had to leave.

She wandered until she joined up with Kenneth the Trickster's group. He acknowledged her resolve, and trained her in the art of nen. She developed the power to lace the knife she kept from her first murder with a blade of zetsu, giving her the ability to cut through others' nen abilities.

General Hatsu Description: A blade that specializes in cutting through strange things based on the aura that surrounds it.
General Hatsu Conditions: The blade from that day must be used to achieve the full affect. Any other object of a similar length (such as a different knife, or a stick of a similar length) can work however, but it suffers a penalty.

Description: Every user in history had their own way of visualizing concepts. In this case the user sees seeds of concepts everywhere. To visualize the scar in the concept, the seed plants itself on the user and blooms immediately. The user will cut their own skin, to cut the roots free and thus kill the flower. The user knows they succeeded in cutting the scar when the flower dissipates into petals and vanishes. Each have their own cool down and drawback.

Due to the intensity of the vision required to see something as abstract as a concept on the physical plane the user's eyes shine with brilliant patterns to indicate the complicated structure of their eyes. Their eyes shine brightly like this when visualizing scars.

First the user must charge their focus -- in this case a blunt knife -- for three posts. Then the user envision the scar they wish to cut for one post, and then cut in the next post without being moved.

Conditions:
Vows: Can not cut scars that have not been requested to be cut by at least one other person. // Penalty: Death

- By default, the user has to be irreparably blind to use this technique due to the unique nature of the required vision -- or lack of in this case. Any visual stimulation can get in the way of seeing scars.

-Has to charge 90% of her nen into her dagger over the course of 1 posts to even be able to cut scars that she visualizes. Any cuts without a fully charged dagger will be ineffective but still trigger the cooldown of scar visualization

-Has to take one entire post to visualize a concept’s scar, and the user must be stationary while standing or seated. -If she is moved while envisioning the scar, she is interrupted and must re-envision the scar with another seperate entire post. The user can only envision one scar at a time, of the user's choice.

- While visualizing scars, the user's eyes shine with violent patterns due to the nature of the difficulty of visualizing concepts. This removes the element of surprise entirely much like a video game indicator of where not to stand in a fight.

-Has to make a separate post cutting into the scar for the concept to be destroyed. The scar will always appear on the user's body. The user has to stab them self and draw blood to cut the scar. If the scar is not stabbed, the cooldown is not refunded, and the concept is not destroyed. The scar only stays visible for one post.

- There is a specific condition behind cutting each unique concept. For organization's sake they are listed next to their respective concept.The strength of the specific condition has to be strong enough to trade off for 80% the ability if it were its own hatsu

Effect: The user visualizes and materializes intangible concepts into tangible scars, and cuts through them to remove them from a specific radius on the physical level. Tangible concepts are limited to the ones listed below in the spoiler.

This is a Ability-Collection type hatsu, with a theme of materializing intangible concepts into scars that can be physically removed. Each ability that a user is given an AP cost by a moderator and can purchased at that price, starting with 5 AP worth of abilities at base.

Name: Illusions

Description: . The user picks a singular illusion, and makes it real for the near future.
Effect: The user picks a singular illusion -- for the next three posts the illusion is real. However, the user has no control over the illusion. Instead the now real illusion is controlled by the person who conjured it up. If there is no conjurer, the realified illusion is entirely wild and rampant. The illusion must be a nen construct. The stats of the illusion are 1.5 of the illusion caster's stats. If it is an item the item rank is +1 of the illusion caster's rank.. The illusion's aura has the same amount of aura as the user who casted it.
Range: 1 Illusion, and en range.
Bonus Conditions: For the next 5 posts, the user has lost all of their senses. They have no sense of touch, hearing, smell etc. The user is entirely blind and resotration hatsu don't work for their senses.

Description: Azali's sense of touch has risen to practically superhuman levels. She can sense air pressure of movement near her, giving her an acute awareness of anything moving within 2m. Her own movement can create air pressure waves to help him sense immobile objects in the way.
By tapping or impacting with an object or person, Azali can sense the object in much greater depth. She can see the internal structure of a person she attacked or blocked, the compositions of walls and objects.

Her sense of feeling body heat is less refined, but very strong. In a room temperature scenario, Azali can tell the general location of human body heat or warm machinery in a 15m radius
