Finally...after all these years I will now own an Alienware PC. I'm tired of tinkering with my self made boxes and I'm having too many issues w/ my current PC so I went and got an Alienware. I wanted to go w/ Origin, but they don't offer employee discount or (because I'm a whitebread American) financing.

Sick, I bet you got a better deal than me though!

I took out the network card and 1.5tb HD and added dual graphics cards. I have a brand new 1tb HD on my older rig, so I don't really need the storage.

definitely. I'm out nearly 4k and can most likely upgrade after my 1yr warranty. But my main reason for going this route is I am really tired of messing w/ my comps and constantly fixing them...whatever happened to making products that just worked?!

Almost makes me want to go to the darkside (apple)...*shudder*

I can't ever figure out the Apple.

I like this one because it's simple, and set up to work this time. None of that box stuff at BestBuy or the like.

These builds usually last a lot longer this way. I did a lot or research starting around Thanksgiving for this one.

I hear rumor I can OC the 965 to 4. somethin...but, I don't know if I'll even mess with that.

I have a 750 PS so i have some volts to play with.

Already have the G-15 and G-5

My estimated delivery date is 3/30, but I can't believe it takes 4 weeks to build/ship a computer. :P

I'll be off. When the weather clears up I can worry about working again. We've been off since Thanksgiving. That dang Al Gore needs to quit lying about global warming and make it happen since that is the only way it will.....lolololol

Nice! I'm probably going to have to replace my wife's laptop in the next year or so. Starting to fail sometimes (so she says, probably just user error... )

Just installed the ATI HD5770 instead of my GTX 240. Seem to have a bit more performance now.
