OK, it looks like I have my answer.  They resell castings originally made and sold to them from Tiny Furniture, one of my licensees.

However, I do not know about any of the other products that they sell.

Hmmm i thought you did not have to buy a licence if you were selling less than $1000/year of HA castings, have the rules changed ?

That's only if you are selling finished painted items. To sell plain castings you need a license agreement from the start.
