Having noticed the drop of in old faces putting messages on the other site I only hope that this site better meets our needs and the old fun and info exchange will recommence. Go forth and post

I don't care where we post either. I have a habit of dropping off when I'm doing OK. It's a sort of denial thing that gives me a break from the worry of it all. However, I do not mean to forget any of you guys.

This is an optional site that may be easier. I had one that was free but commercials. I made this one for $24 bucks every 6 months--a real bargain for me--without commercials. The other site has a lot of options but sometimes we just wanna post and to hell with lots of neato options that can be confusing.

However, if you give this one a try you'll know best which you like.

Ah, at last someone is thinking ahead and planning with confidence. So glad to see some of the regulars have already responded. I found that I could no longer respond to Yahoo, it locked me out.

Please everyone, can we maybe just one time log our e-mail addresses, just in case we want to reply direct with something interesting.

Thanks one and all,

Alan

Hello Wanda,

Thanks for responding, there were times I wanted and tried to respond or reply to you directly, but was unable to thanks to some problem with Yahoo and me.
Anyway I have your address in my system now, thank you.

Well I am okay, just a little nervous as I have my quarterly test tomorrow, postponed from last week. Will let you all know the outcome. Other than that I feel good, still training hard, and currently on a course to become a personal fitness trainer.

Take care Wanda, hoping things work out for you in the best way possible.

Just so you all know, my blood count numbers were great again, not to say I wasn't nervous before hand.

The numbers are as follows:-
WBC = 6.8
RBC = 5.29
Hgb = 10.5
Plates = 170

If anyone wants to see the printout, let me know. I think Dr Dizzy might prefer to, as the dutch do the numbers differently to the USA docs.

Regards,

Alan

I did a search, the oldest post I found is dated 6 oct 2003.

That's a lot of history. I pulled up a few by--and about--Wanda. In fact I typed in her name because I knew she went way back--and I remembered here name more easily than some other search criteria.
