CLONE BEER RECIPES?

There are books on Clone Beer Recipe, and there are numerous webpages online listing various clone recipes that we can use to supposedly "clone" our favorite beer. In my opinion, and many of these recipes say so, they are only approximations and/or guesses rather than an actual recipe for that beer
.
However, some breweries, and there are many, many of them, provide information on their webpages as to the ingredients in their beers, brewing methods, etc. But not all breweries do so. Most of these brewery websites post a great deal of interesting information regarding beer history, etc.

Among the ones that I have noticed that do provide this information are:

Rogue
http://www.rogue.com/brews.html

Sam Adams
http://www.samueladams.com/

Saranac
http://www.saranac.com/

It is amazing just what a simple Google search will return in the way of surprising and worthwhile information.
