This sounds like a classic case of a person disappearing just like in David Paulides book.

Can't help but express my amazement at the info these two books have provided. If these cases aren't a clear cut indicator that one of these monsters needs to be bagged I can't think of another one. Obviously they pose a danger to man and the idea that they are innocent creatures has long since vanished from my thoughts.

volunteers have found a 97 year old Vinton County woman who had been missing.

Edna Clay was found alive and talking but appears to have suffered injuries from a fall.

The Vinton County Sheriff's Office says Clay was located Saturday in an empty creek, down a large embankment in the Brooks Martin Road area, about a mile from her residence.

She was taken to a Columbus hospital.

The Ohio Search and Rescue Team and numerous local volunteers and agencies had been out looking for Clay, who was the subject of an endangered missing adult alert issued Thursday.

So often these elderly people are found within about a mile from where they disappeared. Usually dead in a brushy ravine.
