If A BF is indeed a nocturnal creature, then they see in the UV range. We have cover this before. But this is something new to think about.

I also would submit that this would completely discredit the claim I hear every week on a certain show that they "KNOW" BF use power line corridors as highways. Personally I don't think they know what they are talking about.

But it would seem that all the little forest critters give these power lines a very wide berth.

Crispy we have a double tower line running through Algonquin Parka vast, wilderness area. There's a hydro line road that traverses it as well. When I worked in that Park doing forest management work we'd see black bears feeding on the raspberries that grew in abundance. I'd also see wolf, moose and deer tracks on the road. Those animals didn't appear to be bothered.

That apparently don't know what they are studying......would not be the first study that doesn't match reality.

No animal migrates east/west....they go North/ South....as do rivers. (Except humans...Mostly for new jobs) Love ya MH...GO BRUINS!!!!...I know ya hate Hockey down there....LOL
