Just finished assessing my activity level this week... I fell short of the plan; however, having the goals helped towards what I did accomplish. Next week's focus is to find my 4 lb weights and do exercises first thing in the morning; otherwise, it gets too hot or I don't have the privacy.

I am once again trying to get exercise into my life.
I always end up with screaming muscles and quit.
This time I am making myself start off slow.
I did 9 minutes this morning.
