Easy tuna noodle "casserole" - only I didn't bake it.

2 cans tuna, drained
2 soup cans milk, (or add water to consistency desired)
1/2 lb cooked egg noodles
1/2 lb frozen peas

Cook noodles, drain. Add tuna, soup, milk, peas. Stir together and heat through. Serve hot.
