1 (16oz) package of fresh vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot)
1 14 oz can fat free, less sodium chicken broth
1( 4.8) ounce package angel hair pasta with herbs
1 (6 ounce) package refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips, chopped
1/4 cup preshredded fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 teas. pepper
Cook vegees in microwave according to package directions.
While vegees cook, combine chicken broth and water ina a medium saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in pasta and seasoning packet. Simmer, uncovered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in cooked vegees and chicken. Cover and let stand 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Serve immediatly.
