Yea, that's another one that is missing. Krissy doesn't come on much any more either. :(

Okay, per request, I am introducing myself. I am 30 and a chic, yey! I am a single parent of 2 children:6 year old girl, 4 year old boy. I married young, oops. I went back to school after having my children and graduated this past May, with a bachelors of general studies from UCONN (I live in CT). I will be going back to school to become a licensed professional counselor. Right now, I am a case manager of clients with mental illness (schizophrenia, borderlines,etc.). I am getting the experience I need to one day open up my own practice, specializing in family therapy. I take care of myself and my children with the help of my boyfriend, who I love very much. We became a couple after knowing each other all through high school, keeping in touch after graduation and just being at the right point in our lives.
I got into gameing because it is his interest and I want to share a common hobby. I am brand spanking new at this stuff, so I am learning. I came across this site by chance and am loving it! I want to thank everyone for being so welcoming and helpful. I hope to stick around. :D

Hi to everyone. I'm brand new to the site and only just discovered it last week through gamegavel.com. Thanks for letting me in the club. I've never been a part of an online community; I keep my collecting mostly to myself but thought I'd see what being part of a forum was like . And to be honest, after reading the intros, I realize my collection is small time in comparison. But like mom always said, "It's not the size that counts, it's how you use it."
I'm 26 years old and a veteran of the Iraq War. I was trained to be an Arabic translator and got to see/do all kinds of cool and effed up things. Anyway, I also had to work long night shifts for months at a time. My gf had school then so we hardly saw each other during this time. Sitting alone in the dark night after night, I eventually got bored of "reading" and porn surfing so I bought a PS3. That's essentially what started it. (That gf, btw, is still with me and is a totally hot gamer now.)
My interest in games is pretty limited though. I am a huge fan of survival-horror on any system. I also like horror movies and books as well as comedies. Anyway, I've bought systems just to play one or two games in this genre. I know it's hard to classify many games into neat categories like "RPG" or "Horror" and there's got to be tons of classics that I would never find on my own. That's where I hope I can learn about some awesome horror titles from here.
My stuff is mainly PSone, Saturn, SNES, Genesis and a few newer systems (Dreamcast, PS2, PS3). I'm all about the games with imaginative levels and dark mood. I can share what I've got and any recommendations will be much appreciated, trust me. I'm like a desperate crack whore when it comes to these sorts of games. I tell myself "just one more time, just a little more," but I always come back. They always come back.

Hey, man. Welcome aboard! I'm always happy to talk gaming or any other things of interest. Speaking of games that interest you, I think Zelda Majora's Mask on N64 (or Wii VC) is for you. Great "dark" game... but anyway, that's what these threads are for.

Enjoy your stay here, and thank you for your service.

Hey hey very cool ,, glad we have some old 8 bit (2 bit ? lol) gamers around.

I just wanted to log in here and say i am going through all my old stuff and going to post on a site for sale soon.

I go back to ,pong in the mall, days. but I might not have anything so great but do have my Atari 800XL games and three non games.
Few Texas Instruments TI99/4a games
Bunch of NES with box and more without box
some SNES, not much but some
A lot of Sega Genesis and CD
Couple of Atari I think 5200, never had those systems but got them few games someplace
And a bunch of PC games

I am in the process of cleaning contacts, and testing and cleaning.
LoL I am on my second game cleaning Blaster Master. now I am just playing the dang thing still like that game a lot.

Name is Steve (SteveQ) audio tech for 35 years.I don't want to come here and just spam my tiny online store but just want people to know (who care). I will be posting when I get it done.I just have some odd stereo stuff and colectibles right now, using Ecrater, really nice place IMO
Think I will just make each type the same price, maybe charge too much, I don't know.

Anyway Rock on !!! those days where really fun, no 3D, but fun.

Well i will blab about my little online store.Listing and cleaning these games is taking a long time.Still have a bunch of Sega to do and the old Atari home computer 800/xl to do.
My prices are not cut throat low, use ebay for that. some prices might be ridiculously high, lol put them coffin if they never sell.

http://a-better-way.ecrater.com/

I would recommend Ecrater, it's all free, no fees but the 2.9% from paypal or google Wallet thats it, and says unlimited items !, no re listing week after week, accepts all forms of payments, nice picture uploads, start a store there, just you need to work on getting your store found is where the work comes in.They offer google analytics, free, and google adsense.

anyway, I still have tons of stuff to post.

rock on !!!!

I'd say for history's sake we leave these old posts intact, but I had to edit my own. A lot has happened since then, and I became a bigger NES fan over time. My intro is brief since most of my thoughts on life are found all over the archives. So lurkers, read those if you want to know more about my view of gaming and non gaming topics.
