Hi,

i am a Member from Snes-Projects.de and we make Translation for SNES Games.
I got a Hacker which would dump the script from Goemon 2 or 3.
I know that Aeon Genesis Translation are working at a Tranlation for Goemon 2 Snes but i don't know if it is up to date cause i don't know members of this group.
We only make Translation from English to German, but with a English script of Goemon we would insert it in english into the rom.

I registered me here in this forum to ask if someone would translate the script to english if we dump it. so we could make a english and german translation for goemon 2 and 3.

i can't promise that it will be finished so fast. but with a translated script the half work is done.

if someone knows japanese and want to take part in our project send me a email and we will start to hack the games.

here my email adress:

miguel.salazar@gmx.de

cheers and have a nice day

Thanks for your interest, but yeah, while the people of GI love Goemon, I doubt many of us are able to romhack or translate.

Besides, the forums is rather dead now. Still, I hope you find people else where who can help ya!

Well, I've started work on 3 and 4, I've made a couple videos showing my progress on youtube.

You can watch them at these links:

I've also found a translator already, but could use an extra one incase that translator dissappears.

I don't know any Japanese, so I can't translate, but if you need an editor (I noticed a couple mistakes and awkward wording) I would be happy to help! This is very exciting! Ebi:sit

Drop me an ask on tumblr if you want to!

Here's a video showing off some translated in-game text, I hope you guys like it!

None of the translations in the video are final though. It's simply a video to show off the hacking progress I've made with the game.
