It's like that is my BOP, I love it and whenever it plays I just sing to it with my half octave voice

Forgive me for putting on my teacher hat, but... to all of y'all with these basic, just-a-song-title, responses... allow me to ask my favorite question according to my students:

WHY????

Too many to name, but the one that springs to mind right away has to be Always Be My Baby. It's the definition of an earworm, it's so tuneful, melodic, perfectly sung and written. And everytime it comes on I sing along. You wouldn't believe the times I've embarrassed myself in the subway and whatnot when I belt along to the climax (and I don't give a damn! 😂) I never skip that song.

I feel like it has something to do with the way songs begin. I hear the opening of Faded and I wanna slink down into a mode and go through it. Lmfao.
Exactly. And I love the "...always somewhere but you're not there for me" part towards the end, sometimes I just wait for that part lol.

For me, it’s Underneath the Stars. Everything from the production, vocal arrangement, and nuances to the storytelling is just magical. It has all of the elements that make a Mariah song, a Mariah song, many of which I sorely miss. It’s one of the songs that displays what an expert vocalist she is...how she’s able to set the mood and change the scene with the inflection and layering of a note. Although it wasn’t one of the bigger moments on the album, I believe it captures the album’s theme the best. It’s dreamy.

Lip it sis! If Mariah doesn't sing it, then why should you? lmao

"Touch My Body" for some reason lol.  Even if I'm not expecting it, I'm always like "oh yeah, okay!" and then bop.
