Just bought myself a rather sorry looking steam engine
Probably a Bing but need to research it, thought I would
Have another go at a restoration job, the boiler has a hole
In it so I might have to make a new boiler, and the base and
Housing are very rusty, so will need repainting, the only saving grace is
That it was relatively inexpensive at £39, and it is pretty much all there.

A before & after shot of my last restoration, I had to make a new boiler for this one.

I have managed to find the makers name and model number
And a date of sorts, as it was featured in the Doll catalogue of 1937
Its full title is a Doll D-309/0
(I cant add a catalogue image as the forum image system is down again)
