Why is that? I would prefer the original burner but in a pinch while looking for a replacement burner or crafting one these look good as a back up.

Im a traditionalist, Gas can be very dangerous if not used correctly. My own choice.

Sorry for going off the subject a little but I had a gas burner kit but soon reverted to the traditional way of firing my engines more enjoyable.
