Game on NBC in a little over an hour. May miss a bit of it after the first intermission (need to make a run to get some BBQ for lunch/dinner), but I'm looking forward to watching today!

GO FLYERS!

hate to say it but the Penguins are clearly the better hockey team.

IMO...Flyers go out in the 1st round.

The Flyers can play with and beat anyone in the NHL the problem with them is between the ears. To me the only deference between the Flyers and the Pens is coaching and experience. The Flyers have won 3of4 meetings this yr so to say the Pens are clearly better is a stretch.

the Penguins got Crosby back and that makes them better (Flyers not having Pronger really hurts though).

It will be a long and competitive series but the Penguins will be solid favorites and they should win the series but it will not be easy for the Penguins (who I do detest).

Stranger things have happened though and with a couple of breaks the Flyers could upset them.

Stay tuned....should be fun though....eh??????

Malkin has been a non-factor. For whatever reason, we have shut him down every time we've played.

The one thing I took from todays game is that Pittsburgh folds in the face of adversity. We are able to silence their big guns, and our role players are better than theirs.

While they may match up well against much of the NHL, Pittsburgh has yet to show they can handle what the Flyers throw at them. For that reason, I don't fear them.
