I have scanned in my copy of the original Yamaha FS1-E service manual. It is available for download from the link below.

The file is large [approx 67MB]. The file is executable as it is 'wrapped' within its own reader application.

The section on electrics is quite good, as is the rest of the manual. Note that this is an early manual, and it is obvious that some features of the bike changed as it went into production - you will no doubt all spot these!

There is no copyright information in the document, so I am not aware of any legal reason why it cannot be electronically stored and shared.

Let me know if the whole thing doesnt work and I will fix my PC with a hacksaw.

been trying to find this for ages? downloaded no probs? thanx and you can put that hacksaw away?

Links to new file sharing site now used as download limit on original site reached in a couple of days.

Also, new single file [it was previously split into two, as the web site originally hosting had a file size limit of 50MB per file].

Probabably, but wont, just had an indirect warning from MR YAM about them on the bay, so dare not. Logo copyright?
