You only need 2 tools to be a motorcycle mechanic:
WD-40 and DUCT TAPE!
If it doesnt move and it should, use WD-40,
If it moves and it shouldnt, use Duct tape

Firstly you need to go to Photobucket.com and register, its free of charge.

Once you have an account, all you have do is upload your pic to photobucket, selecting the size that you wish to upload to (Max size to select is 15" Screen please).

You now should have your picture in your Photobucket album.

To post a pic to the forum all you need to is look at your picture, below this you will see 4 lines of code, ignore the top one as if you select it it provides a link to your photobucket album for all to see, this has its uses but not in the context of this forum.

So go to the picture you want and left click on each line of code in turn ignoring the top one,its says copied.

Then go to the site and either post a topic if you are starting one,or go to the current thread that wish to post in and click "post reply" as if you were
typing a reply etc.

All you need to do is then right click and select paste.

You will see a line of code in your reply which when you post it becomes the picture.

Sounds awkward and Hard but do it once or twice and its a doddle

For Flickr:

1. get to the picture you want in flickr
2. right click over picture
3. select the properties
4. use the mouse to select the 'location' info [this is probably off the right hand side of the little window, so keep mousing rightwards!]
5. go to fizzytalk and create a new post
6. click the IMG button above where you type the post stuff in - a popup pops up
7. paste the location info from Flickr into the popup
8 errr.... thats it
facta non verba

Thanks Lads for explaining.

My way of getting a piccy quickly into a thread is as follows:-

In photobucket click anywhere in the "IMG" box and that automatically copies the HTML code and I just paste that into the thread and the picture appears automatically.

As an example in the code below I have put a space between the first [ and the letter "I" to show what the simple code is:-

[ IMG]http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z266 ... emblay.jpg[/IMG]

Hope this helps. Photos really make the site so I'm making this a sticky!
