I have been busy and just got my boat ready last night.

I fished 3, 1/2 days on Table Rock out of Big Cedar south of the dam. Caught my first spot from the beach at the marina and the biggest fish of the trip just under 4 lb in my first half hour.

Next morning son and I rented a bass tracker and fished 7- 11. Caught a mixed bag of spots, smallies and large mouth mostly keepers on wiggle warts. People around the marina were surprised we did so well, I guess fishing in that area had been tough.

Second day fished same time period but the wart bite died and we caught one 4 keepers. Ned rig caught everything that day if memory serves.

Third day wind was pushing 35 and we couldn't fish many areas with the light boat. We found a few coves and behind some islands. Caught a few on the ned and then the rest on a shaky head. Caught the prize of the trip that morning a 3 lb mean mouth. Which is a combo of a spot and smallie. They say they are pretty rare and mean as heck. Ended up with 8 that day with 4 keepers.

The weather the last two days was super high pressure, blue bird skies and wind. too windy to take much advantage of the wind. Was a great experience and learned a bunch.

Had a chance to fish a pond on a trip to indy last weekend. Found the pond on Google maps and made the mile walk. Was worth it caught 11 in less than an hour with 3 nice females around 3 lbs all on a blue gill colored chatter bait.

Will try and post some pics later.

Going to Austin in the morning. Got a new graph with down imagine but not hooked up yet. Hooked up a good on board charger last night that seems to be working well and pushes 20 amps to 3 channels and has 3 stages. New cover on the way along with new seats and rod straps.

Good luck to everyone and be safe.

Looking forward to some pics. Good trip for learning a new lake like table rock. Pond trip was great for such a short period.
