Fish cakes.

3 lbs of fish fillet
Mash taters
5 eggs
Can of seasoned bread crumbs
Old bay
salt
pepper
Chopped green bell pepper
1 large onion chopped.

Mix all together, let stand for 1 hr.
Make cakes-layer on wax paper, once froze remove single cakes and freeze in zip locks, when you need 1 or 2 cakes they will not be froze together due to prior freezing on wax paper
Good for 6 months in freezer.

Jim, those have to be good.
It's the same way my wife makes salmon patties except no mashed potatos.
Pop one or two out of the freezer and they're ready to fry.
