Hi Robyn,

I'm having trouble with this forum. Where is the reply button in posts? I searched the tapatalk support forum and came across this: https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/tapatal ... 18114.html but I don't see the icons they mention. I have attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing. It's the bottom of your reply to my post. I would expect to see the reply button down here. All I can do is "Like" and "Share"

I wanted to reply to you in my post and attach some photos of what I'm trying to do with the tiered ponds but I'm not seeing the reply button. Am I doing something wrong or am I going blind?

I also tried sending you a private message but it's just sitting in the outbox (maybe it will get to you at some point). :-)

Let me know how to reply. :-)

Thanks.

Karen

I got your private message.  I have no idea why it doesn't work.  Can you reply to this message in the New Members section?  If so, maybe somehow the permissions to let people post in the other section are locked out.  I used to change a new member to a regular member once they posted but this forum only has generic members and not different kinds.  I will see if I can contact them and find out what's going on.  You're the first new member to try to post since the forum was moved I guess.

Wow. Weird. I can reply to this one. I see a "post reply" in this post.

Let me go back to my other post to see if the reply button is there. If not I will let you know in this post. :-)

Ok, well Tapatalk will only open a support ticket if you pay them!  I am not happy that the forum was moved but I'm stuck with it.

I just tried adding a reply again to my post under Ponds > Pond Maintenance, Setup, and Building but can't. It's almost like I have full permissions to this "New Members" section only. I guess I will start a new post. Aaargh! LOL.

You are right.  In my old forum, when a new member joined, I made them a full member.  This new forum does not have that option so new members are banned from posting in the other sections.  I don't know how to fix it, and they want me to pay to figure it out!  I looked at your permissions, and I can't change you to a full member.  I found that group, and it is "closed."  I'm sorry.  My forum has been mostly dead so I guess you just post here for now at least if you want.  I'm too busy right now to try to post to the Tapatalk forum to try to figure it out.
