It's a Weekly Racing Series show tonight at the Sportsdrome. For those that have stayed here and didn't go to Bristol, I will be doing one Lucky Mystery Spot per division tonight worth $30 each.

Sportsdrome got rained out before any racing action could take place. Most of practice was able to get in. The FWD8 cars even got in a practice session with about 7 cars participating.

The X8 at the Sportsdrome should be getting the car count back up there a little bit anyways. We seen Buddy Vertrees have his car out there last week on the rainout. Steve Foster finally has his about done. Brad Gunter in the 33 car will be back now. Doug Wicker should be getting out there anytime now too as well as Pinball Douglas

Congrats to Daniel Reid. Not only did he win race #1 in the "Cuttin' the X" series, but he got his first career feature win. Therefore he was awarded one of the special plaques sponsored by Jim Berry Collision Center and Race8.com.

I will be doing the announcing at the track over the next 3 weeks. So I won't be taking many pictures over this period of time.

Be sure to check out the Race8 Facebook page for different raffles going on. My friend Jason has been able to get some items together and is leading the effort in these. Race8 is getting some benefit from these and it is greatly appreciated.

Sir Dano's Pizza Parlor of Sellersburg, IN is officially the primary sponsor of the June 24th FWD Fun division special event. This will be with the track rules and will have them run the feature on all 3 courses, More details soon.

It's great being able to help out with the FWD Fun cars at the Sportsdrome this week. It's a big one for them as Race8, Sir Dano's Pizza Parlor, and the Sportsdrome will be putting on this event. They will go 15 laps in 3 different segments. First, they will qualify on the oval. Then the first segment will start straight up on the oval. The second segment will start inverted and will be run on the butterfly course. The third segment will go by the event points up to that time. Then we will plinko to see where we invert. It will be $300 to win and $20 to start.

Well we have the big FWD Fun race tonight at the Sportsdrome. Weather looks good so no problems with that. I'll be announcing once again tonight so my friend Jason will be posting race winners on facebook. I'll get the post started with updates then he will take over when I go to the booth. Good luck to all the drivers. :)g

Anyone wishing to get in the enduro this Saturday needs to get their early entry forms and money in by Wednesday night. The cost is $50 now but will go up to $75 on race day. If any driver wants to turn in a entry form on Wednesday, I can help you out. Just give me the info for the form ad I will fill one out for you. Then just send me the $50 thru paypal or google wallet and you will be in.
